Cancellation Policy

1 The customer's cancellation

• Full refund if made more than 15 days prior to departure (less any non-refundable costs, like permits or reservations made through third parties).
• 50% of the entire booking price will be refunded 7 days prior to departure.
• No refund if departure is less than 48 Hours in advance.

2 AMSAH Tour's cancellation

Customers will receive the following if AMSAH Tours cancels a trip because of unanticipated circumstances (such as severe weather, safety concerns, or a lack of reservations):

• A full refund OR
• The option to reschedule for a future tour date.

3 Late and No-Show Departures

No-reimbursed missed tour departures resulting from late or no-shows.

4 Changes to Reservations

Date changes may be accepted up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability and possible adjustment fees.

5 Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed:

• Visa fees (if applicable)
• Government taxes or permits
• Hotel/accommodation reservations booked via third parties
• Tickets purchased on your behalf (e.g., monuments, events)

6 Recommended Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or disruptions to your travel.

7 The Majeure Force

Where cancellations are necessitated by pandemics, natural catastrophes, or government restrictions, AMSAH Tour will issue:

• a credit for future travel or
• partial reimbursement (depending on recoverable costs).
