Since plans can change, we at AMSAH Tours work hard to accommodate our clients while maintaining equity for all. Before scheduling your tour, please read over our cancellation policy below.
Full refund if made more than 15 days prior to departure (less any non-refundable costs, like permits or reservations made through third parties).
50% of the entire booking price will be refunded 7 days prior to departure.
No refund if departure is less than 48 Hours in advance.
Customers will receive the following if AMSAH Tours cancels a trip because of unanticipated circumstances (such as severe weather, safety concerns, or a lack of reservations):
A full refund OR
The option to reschedule for a future tour date.
No-reimbursed missed tour departures resulting from late or no-shows.
Date changes may be accepted up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability and possible adjustment fees.
The following charges are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed:
Visa fees (if applicable)
Government taxes or permits
Hotel/accommodation reservations booked via third parties
Tickets purchased on your behalf (e.g., monuments, events)
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or disruptions to your travel.
Where cancellations are necessitated by pandemics, natural catastrophes, or government restrictions, AMSAH Tour will issue:
a credit for future travel or
partial reimbursement (depending on recoverable costs).
